About Us
Behind every sports dream is a family that believes
We are Eliza and Alex — parents, fans, and people who have spent years living sports from the inside, through early mornings, long drives, difficult losses, small victories, and everything that happens far away from the final score.
ACS MAAS grew naturally around our family’s life in sports and around a real need: to create a healthier, more balanced environment for young athletes to grow through education, discipline, mindset, and the simple joy of playing.
The name MAAS comes from Mathias and Sasha — the two brothers whose journey through sports inspired everything we are building today.
Everything we do starts from the stands, the gym, the sidelines — where we feel every shot, every setback, and every victory alongside our boys.
🎯 Our Mission
We want to help build a healthier sports culture around young athletes — one where growth matters more than pressure, and where sport remains a place for education, discipline, confidence, and long-term development.
Through stories, real experiences, articles, conversations, and community projects, ACS MAAS supports young athletes, parents, and coaches who believe sport can shape not only better players, but stronger and more balanced people.
We do not believe every child must become a professional athlete.
But we do believe every child deserves an environment where they can grow, learn, compete, make mistakes, and still love the game.
👨👩👦👦 Who we are
ACS MAAS is a family-driven sports and education project built around the real experiences that come with growing up through sport.
What started from our own life around basketball courts, rugby fields, swimming pools, training sessions, tournaments, and long conversations after games slowly became a space where we could share not only results, but also the lessons, emotions, struggles, and mindset behind them.
Today, ACS MAAS brings together stories, educational content, real game experiences, and conversations about youth sports, parenting, coaching, discipline, pressure, confidence, and long-term growth.
Eliza is the mother who somehow keeps everything in balance — from nutrition and discipline to emotional support, logistics, and the quiet stability every young athlete needs behind the scenes.
Alex comes from years of experience in IT, leadership, coaching, and sports marketing, but today spends just as much time thinking about mindset, youth development, and what children really need in order to grow through sport in a healthy way.
And somewhere in the middle of all this are Sasha and Mathias — the reason ACS MAAS exists in the first place.
💬 What drives us?
We believe sport should help children grow with confidence, discipline, resilience, and balance — not only teach them how to win.
We believe the environment around a young athlete matters just as much as the training itself. The words they hear after mistakes, the pressure they feel before games, the people around them, the way adults react from the stands — all of these become part of their experience in sport.
That is why ACS MAAS talks openly not only about performance, but also about mindset, emotions, parenting, coaching, pressure, motivation, confidence, and the long process behind real growth.
Not because we think we have all the answers.
But because we live this journey every single day, just like many other families do.
