Behind every sports dream is a family that believes
We are Eliza and Alex — parents, fans, and people who put their hearts into supporting their children’s journey through sports… and not just theirs. We founded ACS MAAS out of a real need: to create a healthy, balanced environment for young athletes to grow, grounded in education, discipline, and the pure joy of playing.
Everything we do starts from the stands, the gym, the sidelines — where we feel every shot, every setback, and every victory alongside our boys, Sasha and Mathias.

Step by step, we want to build a community where sports mean more than scores and medals. We aim to contribute to the education of athletes, coaches, and parents — helping shape strong characters, not just champions. We stand for clean, honest, and hard-earned sports, from the earliest stages of childhood.
👨👩👦👦 Who we are
Eliza – the mother who keeps everything in balance. Trade Execution Manager Danube at CHS Inc. by day, and outside work, the one in charge of nutrition, daily discipline, family logistics, and the loudest cheer from the stands. She’s the behind-the-scenes force that makes it all run smoothly.
Alexandru – father, former IT manager, now a certified coach and president of ACS MAAS. Passionate about sports and performance psychology, dedicated to helping young athletes develop their mental game. Always present at games, the team’s unofficial storyteller, and mindset coach — first and foremost, at home.
Together, we are a team that doesn’t sit on the sidelines — but builds, day by day, a better environment for every child who dares to dream.
