šŸ€ Why Is It Harder to Build a Team Than to Gather 5 Stars?

Picture this: five players walk into the gym. One brings his own playlist, another his personal workout plan, the third is already signing imaginary autographs, the fourth takes selfies in the mirror, and the fifth looks around and asks, ā€œSo… who’s passing today?ā€

Answer: ā€œNo idea, but we’ve got five scorers!ā€

Gathering stars is easy — you call, you pay, you post on Instagram, and boom, you’ve got a team that looksĀ unbeatable on paper.

Building a realĀ team, though, means teaching people to leave their egos in the locker room, to trust each other, and to play for something bigger than the name on their jersey.

That takes time, honesty, and a coach skilled enough to turn meĀ into we — without losing anyone’s fire along the way.

A team isn’t a list of names — it’s a recipe of talent, effort, and respect.

Too much of one, and it explodes. Too little, and it never rises.

Who would you rather have next to you in a final game — a star who plays for themselves or a teammate who plays for the team?
