About

Father, former IT leader, certified coach, and president of ACS MAAS.
After almost two decades spent building and leading teams in the corporate world, Alex shifted his focus toward coaching, youth development, and the mental side of performance, inspired first by life at home and by the real journey of his own children through sport.
Today, he writes and speaks about mindset, pressure, confidence, parenting, coaching, and the emotional side of growing up in competitive sports.
Always somewhere close to the court, usually watching the game and already thinking about the story behind it.
